This is why I laugh at most guys with gym memberships, who keep big tubs of protein powder at home on the kitchen counter. You don't need any of that shit. As this guy demonstrates all you need is commitment and intensity. Personally I'm dying to install a pull-up bar somewhere in my apartment.

Gee, that would have to be about the least efficient way to get a lot of caffeine into you. A few shots of straight coffee would work wonders, or some of those caffeine pills, or... well, pretty much anything but huge fucking tubs of sugary, watery crap with some caffeine in them.

Um, and you so fucking WOULD be able to drink 48 cups of coffee if each of those were just a shot. Stop thinking about coffee as coffee + lots of other liquid and it becomes much easier to consume large quantities.

And yes, I LOVE me some coffee, although I only have 2 double shot coffees a day, I do love them... am in the process of repairing a $700 coffee machine (bought cheap as it wasn't working) just so I can make better coffee at home

The iframe code you can get through the respective button on Rutube doesn't work. The video ID itself, injected into a template, doesn't work. Although, the latter at least produces a working player, just no valid video code to use it on.
What you have to do is get the proper video ID for embeds.
Open the site's source code and look for the following entry:

That's a link for the thumbnail image Rutube used, and since it was taken automatically from the original video, it includes the proper video ID, as marked in bold.
