Toronto mayor Rob Ford says he gets enough pussy to eat

SFOGuy says...

And Toronto apparently has no mechanism for impeachment unless the Mayor is actually convicted of a crime. So we're gonna be hearing from Rob Ford for a while LOL

Toronto mayor Rob Ford says he gets enough pussy to eat

SFOGuy says...

Politically, it's interesting; the Conservative Canadian provincial government forced liberal Toronto to merge with the surrounding conservative suburbs---Ford campaigned against bike lanes, mass transit, and taxes---and said he'd be "fiscally responsible"--(does this sounds familiar?)---Astonishingly, because the suburbs sort of hate liberal, progressive Toronto--he still has significant political support...

CNN on Toronto City Mayor, Rob Ford

messenger says...

It's a thing now, and I am fully within its grip. I live in Toronto and I have vowed to vote for Rob Ford in every election I'm eligible to vote for him, just for the entertainment value he gives me, which far outweighs any harm he may cause me as my mayor/MPP/MP/Prime Minister.

Drunk Mayor Ford's Extremely Inebriated Secret Violent Rant

Krupo says...

The description was getting awfully long - but here's the additional context, worth reading this:

"Moments after the Star published the video online, Ford emerged from his office and apologized.

"The Toronto Star just released a video that I was very, very inebriated."

"All I can say is, again, I've made mistakes. I just wanted to come out and tell you I saw a video. It's extremely embarrassing. The whole world's going to see it. You know what? I don't have a problem with that."

"I hope none of you have ever or will ever be in that state. Obviously, I was extremely, extremely inebriated."

The target of the mayor's anger in the video is not in the room and is not known to the Star.

"I'll rip his f--king throat out. I'll poke his eyes out . . . . I'll make sure that motherf--ker's dead," Ford says, then hitches up his pant legs as if bracing for action.

His ire appears to be directed at someone who has called him, and brothers Doug and Randy, "liars, thieves."

The Star purchased the video from a source who filmed it from someone else's computer. The person with the computer was there in the room, the Star was told.

Wednesday, Ford's chief of staff Earl Provost said he could not speak to the Star about the video. "I am sorry I cannot talk to you about this," Provost said.

Also on Wednesday, the Star sent a transcript of the video, a description of the video's contents and an offer to show it to the following people in the mayor's circle: Ford, his brother Councillor Doug Ford, Provost, deputy chief of staff Sunny Petrujkic, spokesman Amin Massoudi, and to Ford's lawyer Dennis Morris.

The Star invited all of them to view the video, either at their office or the Star's office, and provide an explanation for Ford's behaviour. None of them took the Star up on its offer as of Thursday.

Last week, Police Chief Bill Blair announced that investigators recovered two video clips relevant to extortion charges laid against the mayor's "close friend" Alexander "Sandro" Lisi. One of those videos is of the mayor smoking what appears to be crack, which two Star reporters viewed in May.

There is no suggestion that this video is the second video Blair referred to in his press conference."

Jon Stewart Skewers Toronto Mayor, Again

Godless says...

Mmmm... I've been reading about this story in several Canadian newspapers and watching different news shows from different allegiances and in both official languages (Globe and Mail, Toronto Star, La Presse, CBC, CTV, so on) and they're all pretty much saying the same thing Stewart is saying. So go ahead and tell us, please, what's REALLY going on. I'm dying to know.

Smoking crack while making "racist and homophobic comments."

News Orgs in the U.S.: From their tired playbook, their standard-issue ammunition of disinformation and diversion includes race-baiting, derogative argument (in place of discussions involving critical thinking), and of course, red-team/blue-team side-taking, allll to feed the illusion the viewer creates from fantasy, that they have a fucking clue whats REALLY going on.

This one is from 1993 and I have never heard it either! What an awesome "discover new songs" day. Thank you very much!! I shall add this new gem to my "Procrastinatron" playlist!!!

I have a habit of clicking on the "comments" tab and reading all the recent new comments on a regular basis and our messages have taken over. We're chatting a lot today. It's fun. I have to go now though...I know you said yesterday around this time that "it's getting late"...not sure what time zone you're in....it's about 6:45pm here in Toronto. Have a great night if I don't talk to you again this evening.

Canadian Protestors Swarm Toronto Police Department

bcglorf says...

Also look up the last famous incident of a guy wielding a knife on a bus in Canada. Only a couple of years ago a guy used a knife to cut off another passengers head. He then stayed in the bus, surrounded by police for several hours, even chewing on the corpse a bit while the police watched without shooting him. The police force was able to take him into custody essentially unharmed for the justice system to serve justice. He was not convicted of manslaughter, but was instead found not criminally responsible for the murder because of mental illness. He is already receiving supervised walks and excursions in public.

The Canadian public has been shouting ever since that incident that a great many would much rather seen the killer shot on that bus, as happened in Toronto here. There is a lot more back story to this and public debate within Canada on just how to handle violent offenders.

White girls Caribana !

Bruti79 says...

Caribana is a huge festival held every August in Toronto. It's a celebration of Caribbean culture. It has awesome food, music and dancing. The parties are off the chain. It usually takes place either at the CNE or on the Toronto Island, it varies sometimes.

It is also a giant grind fest. If you're looking for action and you do not care with whom you bump uglies with, this is the place for you. =)

This is one side of the coin, the dude contingent is the exact same. Oh the days of working at Medieval Times and opening the bar during Caribana. =)

In NZ we would call these girls Slappers.
Are these girls just driving around feeling sexy together, i feel like there must be more to it than that...
