How the Kenosha shootings unfolded
In the wake of the shootings, several videos appeared on social media showing the moments before, during and after the first shooting took place.

In one video, Rittenhouse is seen being chased into a parking lot by several people while still armed with his gun.

One man then fires a gun into the air from several feet away from the 17-year-old before several others shots are fired.

In another clip from a different angle, one man seen chasing Rittenhouse appears to lunge at the 17-year-old before the suspect fires at least four times.

A body, later identified as Rosenbaum, is then seen on the ground and is assisted by another male. Rittenhouse appears to make a call on a cellphone before fleeing.

It is unclear why the 17-year-old was being chased in the first place. The parking lot is reportedly around several blocks away from the area he previously claimed to be protecting with the other armed men.

Later on, Rittenhouse is filmed being chased by more people down a residential street. He is seen stumbling and falling to the ground.

One person appears to stomp on him on the ground, before the 17-year-old fires twice, hitting Huber in the stomach and another man, Gaige Grosskreutz, who was carrying a handgun, in the arm.

According to the criminal complaint, an eyewitness video shows Rosenbaum chasing Rittenhouse and throwing what was ultimately determined to be a plastic bag at the suspect, not an incendiary device.

"Rosenbaum appears to be unarmed for the duration of this video," the document adds.

In response to Parkinson's tweet, New York Times columnist Jamelle Bosuie noted: "I have been seeing this everywhere on here. It is an explicit argument that if someone is trying to stop you after you killed someone, you can continue shooting and killing in 'self-defense.'

Parkinson added: "Why leave out during the 2nd shooting, after Rittenhouse trips, he was jumped by several men, including another armed protester, attacked by a skateboard—prior to firing more shots?"

The man holding the skateboard was Rittenberg's alleged second victim Huber, who died after being shot in the chest.

I'm not saying the kid was in the right 100%. He definitely committed the crime of being under aged with a firearm. He shouldn't have listened to right wing calls to go defend property in a different state.

What we have is a kid who heard people shooting, got scared, a 'protester' threw what he thought was an incendiary device at him and he shot that person. He then tried to flee to the police line and you can read what else happened.

Gaige Grosskreutz, 26. Hes a member of the People’s Revolution Movement. He has numerous encounters with the police but I couldn't find a felony. This was his biggest charge: Go Armed with Firearm While Intoxicated, a class A misdemeanor, Wisconsin Statutes 941.20(1)(b).

Online arrest records show Huber was arrested several times on battery, drugs and other charges. He also had a case from 2012 where he was convicted of domestic abuse strangulation and suffocation and false imprisonment with a dangerous weapon, both felonies. Other charges – for second-degree recklessly endangering safety, battery, and disorderly conduct – were dismissed but read in.

As far as right wing people showing up and pretending to be Antifa, I suppose anything is possible. But most of all these looting and rioting things have been going on since all this shit broke loose months ago. I doubt very much that all of these 'peaceful protestors' are RW loonies. Clearly the 3 that were shot in Kenosha weren't and they were all part of the groups rioting...I mean 'protesting.

Videos show them chasing a fleeing person, who at that point is being attacked by them. Skater boi was beating him prone with a skateboard. 'Medic' Grosskreutz was carrying a fully fucking loaded Glock 17 and grabbing Kyle's rifle.

You know I don't make up shit like Bob does. But I do look in multiple places to find out what I can before I say something. Like I said, the kid fucked up, but I 100% believe in his mind he was defending himself and trying to reach the police for help.

I'm guessing purely from a forces standpoint that if you were stood up, you'd be a lot more likely to survive than if you were lying down, like the video says. Mainly because your internal organs and brain are about to be decelerating, and you want to minimise the deceleration as much as possible. Your extremities might get pulverised, but without the organs they're not much use anyway.

There's some historic example about a 1945 bomber crashing into the Empire State Building, severing the ropes and inducing free-fall, but the lift's ropes coiled up and cushioned the occupant's fall and they lived. I just looked it up, and apparently only several times has free fall ever happened, only killing one person. But apparently people die from falling in the shafts, mechanics caught in machinery and strangulation from scarves caught in doors.

I did see a couple of her videos and was instantly turned off. it was one of those videos where the guy totally degrades her....light strangulation, spitting, etc.

As a Canadian I've always found US television standards bizarre to say the least.

Last night I watched Criminal Minds, twice they showed graphic scenes of bare-handed strangulation.

It has been repeatedly established that increased taxation results in decreased economic activity, and subsequent strangulation of tax revenue. What Stewart (et al) ignore is that America has the #2 highest business tax rate in the world (39.25%) behind only Japan (39.54%). And then the left wonders why 'evil' companies choose to operate in places like Hong Kong (15%), China (25%) and India (30%).

And the 'evil' rich? Our top tax rate is 39%. That's lower than Germany (49%), Japan (50%), Italy, and the UK (50%) - but it is higher than S. Korea (35%), India (30%), Finland, Argentina, Brazil, et al. The US is very middle of the road (leaning to high) in regards to top tax rates. This is statistical fact as opposed to Stewart rabble-rousing. The top 5% of U.S. wage earners pay over 60% of all federal income taxes. The top 50% pay a whopping 97.1%. The poor aren't paying squat.

To listen to Stewart you'd think businesses & the rich pay nothing, and the poor are the ones paying all the taxes. That is a left-wing delusion peddled which only the stupid and inattentive could possibly accept. The rich are the ones paying the taxes. So when a tax CUT happens, it is attacked as a 'cut for the wealthy'. Yeah, the wealthy get it because they are the only ones PAYING it. The only place you can 'cut' taxes for the poor & middle class is gasoline, state, social security, medicare, and medicaid. And yet oddly, no one on the left ever proposes alleviating THAT tax burden.

When you make a nation a friendly environment for business and wealth it results in wages, jobs, industry, growth, and (yes) TAX REVENUE. The "tax the rich to prosperity" concept the left ascribes NEVER works. A heavily taxed wealthy class combined with a low/un-taxed middle & poor class results in a disincentivized lower & middle class, inflation, depression, stagnation, low productivity, shrinking population, business flight, and eventual economic collapse.

Everything Stewart says here is baloney. No one is saying "no taxes on the rich and kill the poor!". Fiscal Conservativism advocates reasonable, sensible economic policy friendly to business, investment, and wealth. Such a method benefits everyone. America became great because it welcomed and rewarded business, wealth, ingenuity, creativity, and hard work. Countries like Germany (52% taxes) the UK (50%), France (50%), Italy (46%) and so on are the ones that have screwed up royally by stifling these attributes in their populations via socialization.

This style of hanging is called short drop, meaning you die of strangulation.. there's standard drop which is like 5 feet standard and i think long drop is variable and calculated based on a person's build and such. Both of the latter are designed to break a neck.

Those gallows are clearly not high enough to be a clean kill, any idiot can see that. The rope is about 2 feet long and they're hanging off what looks like a swing like i have in my back garden, it's clearly a strangulation kill. Proper gallows, as anyone who has seen old footage of such contraptions, are very very tall and involve a trapdoor and a long fall to break the neck.

I believe there were cases where the fall was not enough and relatives/friends of the hanged person would go and pull on the legs/feet of the person to make it end quickier and less painfully.

Sure, on one hand the regime probably doesn't care about being humane but if they had done it properly the "criminals" would be dead.
