Feline Revenge - Cat Gets Even After Being Forced To Play

NordlichReiter says...

Simple. Reach down grab the cat by a scruff of fur right behind the head. Take it to another room and toss it in, then close the door.

Call the vet and have it sent to a new home. I've seen animals removed from houses because of shit like that.

MrFisk says...

Well, it's the Alley Cat puffin' on a hootie rat,
Some think I'm a criminal,
But, yo I ain't all of that,
Hit'cha with the baseball bat,
An' ya wanna ill though,
Wanna mess around ,
You get fucked on the hill bro,
Kick it like a steel toe, real slow,
Hits from the bong ,
Make me feel like Cheech,
And I'm kickin' it wit' Chong,
Just like Cheech & Chong frontin' with "Ice Cream",
Cypress Hill is here to give you a nice dream,
Speak it like a rolla', and you know it's rolled tightly,
I'm like the funky beat, so, why ya tryin' ta fight me,
Pigs often site me, that's not polite G,
And any hour of the day ya know I might be,
Harassed by a pig real fast,
They wanna Rodney King me,
Always tryin'a crown my ass,
Ain't got no class(Sen Dog: No Class)
I hit they' ass like the buddah thats stinkey,
They wanna' scruff but, they' just so rinky-dinky,
I'm the freaka, the one who freaks the funk,
Sen gotts the Philly, an' he's gonna light the blunt,
Sippin' curfew makes me go koo-koo,
somthin' like loco then turn in to this loocoo,
Binggin the beta, yea, now the funk is risen,
Got the beta bass and the nasal highzen,
As I kick atrip, it comin' straight from my siness,
Crazy nasal vocals, cannot make the hotties loco,
I rimemba sista Maggie, breast were kinda saggy,
Used to sell me buddah outta fucked up little baggies,
Honeyd up a twenty even when I had no money,
She said "Pay me back with some latin dick Sonnie"
Well I neva' went out, and I don' thnk I'm gonna,
Just for some buddah, she wanted me ta bone her,
Deminin', Ya think ya meanin',
I got somethin' for the hoes ta be skeamin' on,
I'm the Buddah-Real take a trip ta hoota'ville,
I'll throw ya out the door, of my big blue Siville,
Then light another joint,
This ain't no exploition (poin't),
Cause we are the ones stonein' in the ways of the mastas,
Stoned is the walk,
Stoned is the walk,
Stoned is the walk,
Stoned is the walk,

Hit they, hit they ass,

MGR what the fuck mate?

He polaxed a 7 stone girl from his vantage point of 16 stone lard arse half-riot gear. He could grab her by the scruff of the neck and drag her anywhere he wanted, there is no situation in which this would be a necessary response. Unless she was a zombie from 28-days later.

You often stand up for the "it's only a few bad police, it's not all of them, bad ones just get more attention" and you're often right where people ARE over reacting or not seeing the full picture, but you've overshot by 10 miles here pal.

This brush is very similar to the brush that I use, and I think it's the best one out there. It may seem pricey, but it is totally worth it. It won't fall apart, and it's a great design and really gets the most fur out in the shortest time. I've only had mine for a little less than a year (got it at a County Fair last summer for only 25 bucks), and I've seen these brushes go for 50-70 dollars in pet supply stores. Before that, I would use a flea comb and a slicker brush which worked decently, but after getting this brush, I never went back.

Thanks for that... I've tried the mitts and a "Zoom Groom"- she hates 'em. I've got a couple different brushes too- do you have a specific reccomendation for brushes to try?

Fur real? (Sorry.)

Is your cat an adult, or is she still young? I'm guessing she isn't accustomed to being brushed regularly. Even though my Issy is short-haired, she is VERY used to being brushed. In fact, she quite enjoys it! She likes follow me into the bathroom and jump up on the (closed) carpeted toilet and is basically telling me that she is ready for a brushing. I've brushed her since she was a itty bitty kitty, and it's supposed to be a great activity to help you bond with your cat. All I can say is, make sure you have a really good brush/ de-shedder. I have one that looks like a metal rake, and it gets a LOT of loose hairs out very efficiently. Try getting a firm hold of her scruff so that you may avoid getting bitten or scratched, and only brush her in very very short sessions. Maybe you can slowly get her accustomed to it, and maybe she will even learn to like it. Hope that this is of some help, and good luck!

edit: I just thought of something else. There are also grooming mitts available in some pet supply stores, and these might make it easier to get her accustomed to grooming before moving on to the brushings.

I need some help. My Kittie needs a brushin' too- it being spring and all, but she'll only (barely) tolerate it for about 30 seconds before drawin' blood. Any advice to offer?

Marines in Iraq abuse and kill a puppy.

lucky760 says...

I can feel the disgust penetrating my being while browsing a VideoSift that contains this filthy video embed.

I wasn't going to watch it, but felt the need to know what the discussion was about. (I was imagining it must have included gore and involved a gunshot or knife.)

Since I did view it, here's a description of the 17 second video for the lucky ones who won't, as it doesn't seem to have been described above: A Marine holds a puppy up by the scruff of the neck for the camera and gives an "Awww" and says how cute it is. Then he swings his arm in a strong overhand throw and we listen to the puppy scream as it travels through the air over the cliff toward its death. One of the other Marines simply says, "You're mean," as the puppy murderer smiles for the camera.

All of the audio is consistent and to me the puppy's scream seemed to definitely be authentic.

Comment hidden because you are ignoring dag. (show it anyway)

I don't think the puppy was dead. Anyone who has raised puppies will tell you that they go limp when you pick them up by the scruff of the neck. This being the way the momma safely carries them.

It's disturbing to me not because the puppy dies - but because it indicates a certain level of pathos. If a puppy - then why not a child.

Although I'm not excusing his actions - I'm sure the war has created many, many sociopaths- disassociated form all the violence they have witnessed and caused. They all need to come home from this clusterfuck of a war caused by the chicken hawk in chief and his junior draft-evading assistant chicken hawks Rummy and Dick.

Cat Goes Apeshit on Animal Hospital

K0MMIE says...

My GF's cat acts like that, but honestly that nurse and vet are pussies. You grab the scruff hard and hold down on the shoulders and hips. They don't go anywhere and you get done what you need to do. It's not hard.

Mr. Scruff - Get A Move On

Good to see another Mr Scruff on the Sift (he's a local where I live and a bloody good DJ/Producer). It's a shame that this song has been tarnished by it's use on a car advert - at least Scruff's videos are always fantastic (I don't see the geek connection for the tag though).
