Great! Love Lone Wolf and Samurai Jack!

Lone Wolf and Cub also heavily influenced Samurai-Jack which has a clear tribute scene to these movies and the manga, explaining Jacks origins in a cinematographic homage.

Samurai Jack was created by Genndy Tartakovsky. He's working on the sequel to The Dark Crystal.

"Samurai Jack" (from which this clip is taken) is the creation of Genndy Tartakovsky, who is also known for Dexter's Laboratory, Powerpuff Girls, and the animated Clone Wars series.
"War Photographer" and "Chinese Translation" are the product of director Joel Trussel and his own team of talented animators.

Samurai Jack was an incredible series. Heaven was back in the day when 1 hour Justice League episodes were on at 9PM on CN, then Samurai Jack was on right after that.

The BEST episode was the one where he fought the zombies. Aku stole his sword, so he had to fight everything bare handed. He then found a special property of his sword...excellent story.

Samurai Jack is definitely one of the better American cartoons, I think.

Samurai Jack is probably my favorite T.V. show. As far as how the series ends, nobody knows. They stopped with Season 4 and had no particular ending in it. There is talk of a movie being made. However, Mako, the voice of Aku, has sadly passed away. So they'll have to find somebody who is as talented as he was. Fantastic vid, thanks rhujix!
