I think this is the more recent dupe that contained the extra footage shown here but not included in dag's original post. The former is dead now, so this is fair game IMO.

Rick Mercer talks to Americans was a whole show of stuff like this. The funniest part is that he asked nonsense questions and people would just accept them.

I read an interview where he said the only time he got corrected was by a child who noted that Canada didn't have states, as his question had implied, but provinces. The child was quickly yelled at and silenced by it's mother for contradicting the nice news man.
