Kulpims and I are the only nature lovers, get outside ya geeks! oh.. wait my geek rating is higher than my nature, guess that explains why I'm pale enough to hurt a bat's eyes.

I guess what makes this cruel and unethical is that it's forced. If this were a nature video of insects fighting on their own in the wild, I might find it interesting. But as it is, to me this is about as distasteful as someone making a video of themselves tearing the legs of a scorpion. Just cruelty for cruelty's sake.

I would like to submit the idea, that we should be able to clearly see what the invocation for a channel is as well. For instance on http://www.videosift.com/channels it could be like this:

"The Serenity of Nature video collection (*nature)"
"The Clouds and Beyond (*spacy)"

and so on.

The reverse *nomusic sounds like a good idea.

OK, I was clearly wrong on that; I didn't remember the exact wording from the FAQ.

I assume it's written that way to exclude 'look at the cute kitten' type videos. I natured (yes, I used nature as a verb) this for its educational value; I didn't know cats do this.
