Who in their right mind lives their life this way? And then violates the agreement in public, without warning?

Necessity is a relative term (damn I feel cool for saying that) because of our ever increasing members. I think there's a possibility that there may be so many videos upvoted some day that downvotes will become an essential part of the sifting process. If not, then we may see too many unworthy videos escape the queue due to members trying to not to offend. Is it truely "sifting" if we don't voice opinions on what we don't like? Sounds like standing by to me.
