Thanks to @MrFisk for becoming Chartered again with a year subscription.
The phones are still ringing people, we'll now return to Villa Alegre, followed by ZOOM and the MacNeil Leher News Hour.
Weird Al - Hey Ricky (his first music video)
Tress MacNeille plays Lucy... thought I recognized her voice.
Countdown Worst Person in The World - July 25, 2008

While I find this stuff entertaining- it's the equivalent of starting a flame war.
Pretty soon GE security forces are going to start doing drive-bys on NewsCorp.
Instead of MSNBC always calling attention to Fox - I would prefer that they took the high ground.
Maybe I should be watching the MacNeil/Lehrer NewsHour on PBS.
You darn kids with your fancy cable news channels. I don't need no fancy infographics or CGI transitions.

Watch 'em both. NewsHour will spend most of its time talking about real-world events, and will keep its distance from most of the spin from cable news, while Countdown will highlight the latest events in the partisan spin-wars from the Democratic point of view. They'll cover world events only if there's some U.S. politics involved, but you'll never hear about Myanmar, Darfur, Zimbabwe, natural disasters in other countries, etc. on Countdown.
