Not proof it happened, but 100% believable.

PPS- sounds like his ploy to delay his many many trials until 2024 (so he can then say “I’m a candidate for president, you have to wait until 2029 now”) may be falling apart. He got the phone card pyramid scheme (ACN Opportunities) trial delayed until 24 based on his October trial interfering with it being earlier, then he tried to get that October trial delayed, and got caught.
