Seeing the disassembled Wankel engine in the video should have clued me in that that was NOT what was used in the P-47, which had lots of big cylinders for pistons radiating around a central point, hence the "radial" designation.

It (the video) was very helpful for figuring out how the chambers and path of the parts work in comparison to a piston engine, which is quite interesting even for someone like me who really only understands the rudiments of either design. Live and learn!

Although this woman was authentically traumatized by the experience of living outside her box, I kind of feel sorry for her. Sorry she is so close minded to living and learning. Sorry she has been brainwashed to the extent that she can't function beyond her religious upbringing. and I feel bad for all those who have to endure her and her beliefs. Her convictions will go on to traumatize her children, and her children's children, and so many more generations to come.

Her physiologic internal belief system will control her until the day she dies, and she will never see any of it from within her bubble. Such a waste of human potential. She obviously has potential for strong convictions, and deep emotion that, I'm sure, could have been put to use in more productive ways in her life.

Ha. You mean Hicksville is a real place? All this time I thought that it was just a made up name used as an insult sort of like, Morontown, or Stupidland. So anyone described as coming from, Hicksville, must an unsophisticated country bumpkin from the back of nowhere.

i do it the same way mint!
there are some real gems wallowing in pq hell and if i can help pop em..thats exactly what im going to do.
and sometimes ill pop em if it may help a sifter get a new shini-shiny.
sometimes ill pop a vid just to piss people off because i know it will enrage them.(thats a secret pleasure, to watch nerdrage blow up).
i used to pq dive and not view the vid...
yeah..that didnt work out to well.i ended up sifting like 3 dead videos,which is contrary to what the sift is all about.

so yeah.
basically i enjoy helping a fellow sifter out and will take the time to watch a bit to make sure its sift worthy (even if i disagree with content).
thats me anyways.

I must say I was quite disturbed by this video, but I really think the notion of suicide being a right is...more wrong headed.

One of the side effects of antidepressants is an increased suicide risk. Seemms counterproductive I know, but patients are most at risk in the early stages of treatment. I don't think its a crime to hold somebody, even against their will, for a short period of time when they are most at risk. To say it is my life, therefore I have the right to throw it away at my will is a incredibly self centered world view. People do recover from depression, from being suicidal but its not easy and it takes a lot of pushing from other people, a lot of hope from others when you might have none. Quite often others do know best, I know thats true in my own life, and killing yourself is not one of those mistakes you can live and learn from.

You know, none of us have absolute freedom, we all make compromises, we're all slaves in some ways and there are good reasons why. I don't think this laissez-faire attitude to suicide or w/e is worth the tiny extra sliver of "freedom" it affords.

So air hotter than boiling water can kill people?

Well, it's a shame Hitler gets used to send these messages, being the character he was. Someone should find an equivalent video, with a different person, with similar reactions so we can milk it to death and not feel bad about it

Aside from that, it's cleverly done. No cussing, no naming, just spitting the facts and it's very humorous despite the whole L4D2 shenanigan.

Yeah it's great clip, too bad it's regionblocked. You can search the dead pool for dupes through, just use the advanced search.

Thanks for the heads up on the chainsaw/hockey mask vid. I wish there was a way to check for dupes in the deadpool instead of combing through everytime I can't find a video. Probably should of figured when I couldn't believe that vid was not on here.
