THIS SITE IS A JOKE (Comedy Talk Post)

BoneRemake says...

@chingalara

Your logic is flawed and your words stink of poisonous vomit !

lets keep this fight going ! <--- as in that is all this turned into is one big pissy man boy match Edit - not even that, just one person in particular who was side tracking and making personal attacks in comments again, see how you can enjoy the double standard like everyone else choggie ? You' re here still after your little freak out in the sift talk, or the stuff you wrote above or the other day, you can enjoy it like everyone else, but you sure like to flip the coin and berate it at the same time, although we all have learned you lack logic and reasoning skills. But that is just my opinion,
I guess this is what comments this post are for hey ? pretty well the reason I am writing this now. write what you want time.

So to answer your only sensible question fuckinglittlethingoverthere - as you described it the first time I asked you what it meant. Baxter the bunny weights in at 2.76 pounds.. and just jumped on my lap. I have learned this is not for pets though, this is for treats. so I do not try and pet him because he just swats lightly very very quickly at my finger tips and actually kinda growls a little, which makes me laugh.

He is fully grown and if I were to cook him like a psycho would cook their pet, as you suggested he would be like eating a quarter of a small frying chicken ( NOte to self *do not put palm plant fronds near top of chair - rabbit climbs chair and eats palm leaf* )

Also I do not think video sift is what that orignal poster said it is.

Stunt faces backlash after balloons fall into bay.

chingalera says...

A latex balloon bio-degrades about as fast as an oak leaf. A birds' most-likely smart enough not to swallow one whole.
No lady, you are passionately mistaken. It takes less time for the latex to degrade in salt water the temperature being a non-issue. Admittedly though, it's a waste of helium and a balloon for the sake of video game software and it might choke a few seagulls, none of which will be missed, as San Fran has seen such an explosive rise in their numbers since being placed on the over-protected list, that they are encroaching on the habitats of less fortunate and more endangered species.

Fucking Californians. Heads-shoved-up-one's-own-ass-disorder seems to flourish there like barnacles on a ship's hull.

World War Two Movie Making Gone Wrong

shatterdrose says...

Being in the industry, I can't tell you how many times low budget productions try to wing it. We've shot "period" pieces where we are constantly contending with that. Especially when a brand new fancy looking car drives past while shooting a 1980's short. Yeah, I'm pretty sure the Nissan Leaf wasn't around yet . . . .

What the fuck? SInce when is there a 'rule' that people get to do their dumb cosplay wherever they want and the rest of us have to respect that? If this was a professional movie shoot they would have gotten permission to block the road off and they would have done so. Instead they decided to wing it and hope there wouldn't be any traffic. Sorry, they gambled and will have to do a reshoot; there's nothing (in this video) that says the guy on the bike did anything wrong.

Grand Theft Auto V (GTA5) - Stop Firing Rockets At My House!

noims says...

There's a saying in Nethack... The Dev Team think of everything. GTA5 seems to be taking a great leaf out of their book.

I think point is how they thought of everything for this game when even a seemingly random action that most people wouldn't think to do has a voice line recorded for it.

To re-enforece the hockey thing....I LOVE hockey. I've seen the Leafs play in Boston, Pittsburg, Buffalo (all more affordable/reasonable prices for tickets than IN Toronto)....my ENTIRE life they've never had a cup but it's like crack and I can't say no.

sigh

it's 1-1 against Ottawa last I checked

Talkative Porcupine Eats Bananas in his Tree Fort

xxovercastxx says...

Random porcupine fact: Porcupines naturally secrete antibiotics from their skin.

Fresh leaf buds lure them out to the end of branches that cannot support their weight. They end up falling and their own quills stick them when they land. The antibiotics help to ward off infections.

Lentil soup (food for sifting) (Food Talk Post)

oritteropo says...

I like to make my own stock from my veggie peelings and trimmings, I simmer them with a bay leaf and it ends up working pretty well.

Other times I use Massel veggie stock in a tin - http://www.massel.com.au/products/stock_powder.shtml - it's hard to find ones which don't have either MSG (I don't like the chemically after taste of MSG) or palm oil or trans fats (from Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil for instance) but that one is pretty good.

Another nice soup is spring vegetable soup, like this one:

Or for the left over split red lentils, these koftesi have almost the same ingredients as the soup but make a quite different meal:

Finally, a hearty soup for carnivores is Scotch broth:

It's interesting you mention Tamari, my Dad uses gravy powder in his veggie soup Strangely, the gravy powder I have is vegan... not sure how that works, but it tastes spot on.

MMmmmmm... a few things to consider adding to a basic water/oil/savories type stock for anyone not wanting to use meat or chicken:

Tamari, Bragg's All-Purpose Seasoning, or there's this really good brand of vegetarian boullion Better Than Boullion, comes in about 5 varieties, including lobster and shrimp-You might also try some Traditional Molé, the Mexican paste used for tamales and other dishes...

This is a great basic procedural for most broth based, hearty soups-Nice one, oritteropo

Mmmmmm, loves me some Split Pea Soup now that I'm thinking about it....

The Tesla Model S is Stinkin' NICE - best car ever tested

HugeJerk says...

Tesla seems to have a clue at least... they're making a car that looks like it should cost as much as it does. The other electric or mostly-electric cars like the Volt, Prius, Focus Electric, and Leaf have price ranges around $30-40k, but they have the look of a $12k car.

Mysterious Swaying Plant

chingalera says...

It's a subtle wind current acting upon the single leaf shaped like the natural airfoil that it is. Maybe an oscillation effect set-up on that springy stalk. Be great fun to catch this tripping shrooms in the woods...If you walk in the forest enough you'll see it-
