Sleepy Don again fell asleep in court, sharting his life away, and is apoplectic with his lawyer for not attacking the jury and judge (what an utter moron). Instead they claimed it was a “practical impossibility” to get a full bond, which was a bold faced lie, and the bond was reduced by 2/3, which Hankey provided (but his bond may be deficient as a bond in New York, not meeting the minimum requirements for such a bond and not being licensed to issue bonds in the state).
