Kirk Cameron lost his faith in atheism...
Kirk Cameron, A failure in every decade.
Kirk Cameron lost his faith in atheism...
>> ^WKB:
fail
I second your appeal: this is total and utter *fail.
Divine protection
This video seems just as bad as those Kirk Cameron videos and others like it. If it's making fun of people who believe in a divine being and protection from that being, without proof, then the makers of this video should back it up with science. Actual statistics would be nice. An experiment should be performed. Why not show how many 'believers' die of unnatural causes verses 'non-believers?' It's completely possible, though unlikely, that the believers live longer and better lives. It's also possible that someone can go through life without locks, smoke detectors, seat belts etc... There just needs to be some evidence to support one way or the other.
In the ongoing battle between Science and Religion/Creationism the Science side needs to actually use science to prove it's point. Videos like this use the same techniques as the religions it criticizes to recruit people to take up a cause. Just like that Zeitgeist movie
Anyways, I think I'm going to go watch some Carl Sagan videos now to make me feel better
Kirk Cameron finally loses his Boner - ON TV !!!
Actually, he committed suicide. "Throwing his life away," indeed.

Boner is missing. Very timely.

Triple Human Botfly removal
>> ^syncron:
Here's yet another variety of insect that our world can do without.
Speaking of which... where's Kirk Cameron to tell me that God invents all life with our benefit in mind?
Then again, maybe God wanted us to all get together on a Friday night, get drunk, and yell "OOOOOHH! DUUUDE!" as we pull botfly larvae out of each other's backs. I take it back... clearly this is part of God's plan!
Hot Romanian Girl goes second round with Islam
I think it's hilarious that when demon_ix posted a video with this girl http://videosift.com/video/Hot-Romanian-Girl-Takes-Kirk-Cameron-s-Book-Video-Apart and called her "hot romanian girl" no one even raises an eyebrow, but when I take the piss out of it people call it "shameful", "juvenile" and "disrespectful". I guess it shows who has a sense of humor and who doesn't.
Here's to all you poor people who takes things so seriously
Also, for whatever it's worth, I agree with just about everything she says here.
The Terrible and Fantastic Origin of Human Life on Earth

Oh and this is far more compelling than anything Kirk Cameron has to peddle...
No kidding...I was waiting for them to introduce a viral jar of Skippy's...

Texas Atheists Set up Bibles for Porn Program
I think this action is pretty funny. Yeah, it's crude but sometimes you have to shock people. I'm biased but this is way more ethical than the Kirk Cameron & banana guy's Origin of Species events.

Intelligence=highly over-rated mate....one's MENSA eligibility has nothing to do with practicalities of life such as, how to properly use a shovel or dealing with the mental illness of a loved one-This is simply another form of diversion designed to allocate your mind's valuable resources to some battle for reason and self-evident truths....There are much more desperate and timely subjects worthy of one's daily mentations-Perhaps a better one would be why the governments of the west are simply control mechanisms or how the public education system if held up to the litmus of recorded history is akin to beating your child in the head with a baseball bat.
In reply to this comment by nanrod:
I wonder if it ever occurs to Kirk that maybe there's a correlation between higher IQ's and lack of religious belief.
How Scientology Attracts Celebrities

The Story of Cap and Trade
No, no it's not. That is actually quite an important and significant connection that is quite intelligent to mention, ignoring it is moronic. If you do any sort of research on these companies and their executive board, you will see a very clear picture that is all too overlooked. Also you mentioned Hitler and thus you lose, sorry, that's the law of debating.
If you had watched the rest, you might of seen the intelligent argument you were looking for. The parts where she exposes the massive gaping problems with Cap & Trade that show a clear intention of making money, not saving the world. You're probably going to say, "Oh they'll definitely iron out those massive oversights that reduce the whole concept to nothing! Of course they will!" but again, knowing the power and influence of the people behind it, the whole point is for those flaws to exist.

sigh. I thought this would be an intelligent argument. She starts by trashing the people who came up with the idea in a generalist way. Cmon lady.
"This idea is brought to you by a guy at Enron and a guy at Goldman Sachs who brought us the mortgage crisis!"
This is like saying, "This idea is brought to you by a guy who lives in Germany; a country that had Adolf Hitler as its ruler!"
Kirk Cameron should've been the host of the video. No, I didn't watch the rest.
