An incredibly simplistic mix, but I hear it too. I feel like Joy Division was WAY better than this though, but it does have that 'it's time to cut my wrists' feeling to it.

Dig the dual vox at the end a lot. From this one song, sounds like something of a mix of the Cure and Joy Division. I'll have to check out an album, any recommendation, @lucky760?

I removed "cover" from the tags, because New Order is basically Joy Division minus Ian Curtis, so they all essentially wrote this song with him. Doesn't seem right to call this a cover when they wrote it.

The reason I found this was because I'm doing a research paper on Green Day. This is only because I couldn't find anything else in common with my partner. I was first thinking Joy Division for the project but she had no idea who I was talking about. So I said, "Ok Green Day I don't really like their new stuff but I liked them when I was little and in my teens" she replied "yeah I like their old stuff to". Only to find out she thought that American Idiot was their old stuff and that they had only made 2 albums....Yeah I'm pretty much doing 90 percent of this project...

Regardless this brings a sense of nostalgia, I swear he looks like my brother did with that stupid wide eye goofy expression and short blue hair.

Oh gosh I love this song. Although.. this isn't my favourite take on it. It sounds like they're bored and in a rush to finish the song.
