Terrific video effects demo reel by a 12-year-old
So the kid goes rummaging around in his mother's bedside drawer and finds... a hair dryer?
That's not what I found in MY Mom's drawer!
Atheist Debaptism Ceremony
^exactly...
each person can choose what they want to do. Just because a bunch of people picked up a hair dryer and a robe and said that we are doing a big ol' debaptism party doesn't undermine what others are doing e.g. Richard Dawkins. Fair enough if all of atheists just sit there making fun and making spoofs of organised religions - but, at least for me, I see many who take this topic seriously.
It's a breath of fresh air away from the doom and gloom and it was a laugh obviously for those attending and me watching.
People need to lighten up.
(I think she said I am free?)
Atheist Debaptism Ceremony
ha, I have that same hair dryer! (although I don't use the weird attachment thingy on the front).
From now on, I will refer to it as a debaptiser.
Embedded AOL VIdeos? (Sift Talk Post)
Everything AOL does makes perfect sense to me. Now if you excuse me, I need to go fire up my gas powered hair dryer so I can cook me some steaks to wear to homecoming.
Amazing psychokinetic powers -- Spoooky
The old trick was to blow at the bowl and air would get under it...but with the hair-dryer there's too much going on to where it "might" move the paper...and he does kind of angle it down a bit at the corners.
That's how they debunked the guy that was on the old 70's show "That's Incredible" that did the same thing, but he didn't use a hair-dryer to show that no air could get in.
Either way, he's blowing air and moving it. Just seeing him take deep breaths before the paper moves, and the fact that he doesn't talk at all while he's doing it.
Also, it couldn't be the whole floor moving, look at how fast the paper moves...hehe, he would tip over!
But it is strange that he seems to place the table into an exact position when he holds it up the first time instead of just putting it down. It's quick, but he places it "just so".
