I never did and still don't understand why they say "her form matches that of Greg" even while overlaying together video both of their throws where she is obviously throwing vertical-stance-and-hips-square and the guy throws horizontal-stance-and-hips-twisted.

Yes, of course females can throw with great power and accuracy, and there's no disputing that, but aside from what happens to the ball after it's released, physiologically it does seem they will always tend to throw with different form than males.

I was just dropping by to tell y'all that the two guys seen at the beginning of the vid, Ian Lambot and Greg Girard, are publishing a new/augmented edition of their classic City of Darkness book under the title City of Darkness Revisited, and it's definitely going to happen as they've blown past their Kickstarter goal this weekend. I own a copy of the first edition, and if you're into that sort of thing it's totally worth it.

I sometimes think that if I could sing like a rock star it would be Ian Anderson in his good years, Bon Jovi when he's snarling or Greg Lake with that pure operatic power. Then I hear this and think of the versatility with which McCartney could work those pipes.
