British followers of Japanese fashion - Cringeworthy
Ganguro is retarded, AND they're doing it wrong. So that takes it to like a whole new level of retarded. In Japan, it's a crazy fringe fashion that is probably viewed as the equivalent of Goth style here...most people don't do it, so that's not really representative of Japanese fashion at all. Idiots like these make me go facepalm.

More accurately, the dance was taken from a Korean "iDance" video. The dancer seems to take a few moves from Britney, but otherwise it should be stated that the choreography is hers.
