The one at 1:05 was off-sides so it would not have counted.
No. Offsides is determined by the position of the pass receiving player at the time the ball is kicked. He just started at the right moment while still behind the imaginary offsides line (determined by the last defender) and was then quick enough to get away.
The one at 2:30 weren't misses, the goalie just did a great job.
The others were truly screw-ups/bad-luck.
