In your example, a criminal trial with different rules, the defense could be you didn’t see them, or they dove in front of your moving car, or you were having a medical issue….or one of a thousand mitigating factors. I support the plan to FUND border parol and immigration courts to not only secure the border but repair the immigration process that does not function today. With a functioning immigration process, most would use it, making stopping illegal entry much easier.

I absolutely do not support actual open borders, nor allowing other countries to just send plane and train and boatloads of unvetted people in in numbers that would make natives the minority in quick fashion, nor do I support returning Texas (including Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado, Wyoming, and New Mexico) to the Mexicans even though they are fleeing near the same level of fear, oppression and death from narco gangs and have some hereditary claims (which European Jews did not, they were mostly not Semitic genetically). If only there was some undeniable metric to tell how the economy is doing, like GDP (up beyond belief from NEGATIVE 2.3% for Trump to 4.9%), or unemployment (holding at record lows of 3.8 down from 9% Trump left), or wage growth (at 5.3% well above inflation, up from 2.6% under Trump thanks solely to low wage earners losing far more jobs or it would be zero), or inflation numbers (down enough at 3.7% that the fed stopped raising rates) we could look at to see the trends.
So sad there’s nothing we can look at to see and so I guess we’ll just have to take your word for it. 🤦‍♂️

Can you tell us what measurements you use to determine that Bidenomics have failed, or by what measure Trumpenomics were successful? All I know for sure is they are not the normal ones used to evaluate economics because they all point toward Trump’s policies being disastrous and Biden’s being amazing, well above all predictions consistently, so I’m curious what they are.

That’s the deal she offered under the first time offender program…cooperate, fulfill your lengthy probation and community service sentence and fines, and the charge is expunged. Until then it’s deferred. Fail to fulfill all the requirements or fail to fully cooperate with the prosecutors, you’re a felon and your probation gets revoked and trial starts, likely with you remanded. That’s how it works.

I would agree, they all should serve prison time so in that sense I feel it’s a small loss for justice, but also a bigger win.

They had been offered immunity deals with no fines, no probation, no community service, no guilty plea to felonies that stick if they don’t fulfill every requirement and no referral to the bar and instead went this route with all those repercussions and still are cooperating now. Sure sounds to me like they all lost big for no good reason.



The point is she now admits under oath that there was never any of the evidence she claimed, never a stolen election, and they knew it. She’s going to cooperate prosecuting the big fish, and will likely be disbarred for her lies.

He’s charged with 4. 1 count of conspiracy to defraud the United States, 1 count of conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, 1 count of obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and 1 count of conspiracy against rights.

This is his best defense…pretend he’s on trial for nothing because they have no defense to the charges. It’s not going to work.
