I know it's mentioned at the end of the vid, but I want to do a quick PSA for Nebula. Don't mean to sound too much like an ad, but if you like edutainment-type videos there really is a lot there for your money.

I will say Nebula's platform tech is a bit rough at present. So far as I know there's just the web version and iOS / Android apps. I really want a Roku app, which should exist eventually. I'll note that for some reason the web version is limited to the most recent 100 videos on each channel, while the mobile versions don't have that limit (a bug of which the service is aware).

I tend to watch quite a few of what had been my favorite YT channels on Nebula now, to get the ad-free / slightly longer versions (I think they show up slightly earlier too). This channel, Legal Eagle, Wendover... discovered a few others I'd not have run into as well. So yeah - unpaid endorsement over.

(Edit - I didn't realize he mentioned Logistics of D Day at the end of the video - it's damned excellent if you're into WW2 stuff.)

Despite being nearly 20 minutes long, it didn't seem like it. It is exceptional, *quality, edutainment.

I can see how not being able to buy bread for 7 days a year would drive a man over the edge into irrational hatred.

And the tax thing is just standard anti-whoever propaganda. "The other lazy people are taking all our hard-earned tax." Always works a treat for whipping up the mobs. It's doing wonders in America right now.

I haven't managed to watch the whole of this video yet due to slow internets but it seems a class slice of edutainment. There's nothing like getting to understand a culture by interviewing those who are idealistically opposed to it.

So awesome. The education department should shop out their entire science curriculum to these guys. Enough money for them to live like kings, make edutainment and be able to afford a fact checker during the writing process. 1 actual and ten billion imaginary upvotes.

Now that's what I call edutainment!

Normally I would say something smart-mouth but...this is actually a pretty good piece of edutainment...well, for the 70's, anyways. Good job digging it up.
