Rammstein - Du Hast
*dead, working embed here: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=5609424156769397611&ei=r2hVSajnBqb8iALCyqmQBg&q=rammstein+du+hast&hl=En
Rammstein - Links, 2, 3, 4 - Ants headbangin'
Is it just me or does Rammstein have 2 guitar riffs and one bass track? Everything sounds like Du Hast.
Rammstein - Du Hast
another thing about the lyrics:
They sing "Du, du hast, du hast mich.. du hast mich gefragt" which translates to something like "You, you have, you have asked me". But in German the word for "to have" sounds exactly like the word for "to hate": "Du hast" (have) - "Du hasst" (hate).
So by repeating the words "Du.. Du hast.. Du hast mich.." at the beginning of the song it sounds more like "You hate me" instead of "You have asked me".
I hope i was able to explain what is in my opinion the 'gag' of the song.
btw: similarities to the bandname, compare "Rammstein" ("ramm[en]" = to ram, "Stein" = stone) with "Ramstein" (a city in Germany with Europe´s most important US air force base, location of a huge air show disaster where lots of people got killed). The band repeatedly stated that there´s no connection between their name and the air base.
