It's Indian. It's called "Kaliyon Ka Chamon", as far as I know it was taken from an old bollywood flick, stolen by Dr. Dre for the beat for this song.

Then copied and remixed by Bollywood producers for their own version featuring Meghna Naidu which you can find at www.youtube.com/watch?v=181hDwooYyM or www.youtube.com/watch?v=utYJZKt83eI (can't be specific because YouTube is blocked at my work).

I have always preferred the Indian version of the song. Both US and Indian version never paid royalties to the original creators of the song.

I remember when I first heard this song. It through me off, because I didn't know it was a Dr.Dre cover.
