Tesla’s TOTAL DOMINATION (new data)

bobknight33 says...

Competition? Seriously what competition is there?

2 things are clear
Clearly your anti Tesla.
Clearly you truly dont know much about the EV market.

Tesla is dominating the EV space.
Tesla has 8 quarters of growth.
Growing roughly 20% per quarter and about 70% YoY
2021 seen 84% growth in car sales.
Demand is a 6 month wait.
Tesla has sold 930K vehicles in 2021.
2022 Fremont and shanghai will make 1.2Mvehicles alone.
Giga TX and Berlin coming on line soon should add 500K vehicles.

Ford / GM do not have the capitol to make EV and ICE.
Layers of management and union demands will keep from a rapid necessary to EV.
Ford / GM have each have over 100 Billion in debt
Factory closing and chip shortages causing more Ford /GM losses
Ford / GM probably go under unless bailed out.
Ford/ Gm lost sales and Tesla grew sales.

Toyota also dragging their feet.
VW is the only company seems to be moving to EV in a substantial manor.

As you say high demand / low supply is some how bad. This is good place to be. Its a supply issue . Tesla is addressing that.

Saying Tesla doesn't pay taxes. false argument. Every company pays their taxes. If you don't like the amount then that's a government tax policy issue.

FSD is still in beta form. It is not a final product. It is pretty fuckign good as is.

Elon being pro corporate anti tax is what you would expect.
Im sure Apple, Facebook, Google are all in this same camp.
Far right? I dont know about that.

So, time to end the subsidies and tax breaks for Tesla then. No more government handouts for them.

They’re not going to be so dominant when actual competition is available, coming soon from every maker. (High demand, low inventory, double sticker price gas cars aren’t a fair comparison.).
They also wouldn’t be so profitable if they paid taxes.

It was not a good move to program the self driving unit to run stop signs. (Yes, they programmed it to just “rolling stop” at stop signs recently which is not just illegal it’s also dangerous.). That’s the kind of upgrade you get with Tesla, without warning. How many recalls now?

Also not a good move for Elon to admit he’s far right, pro corporate subsidy, anti tax. It alienates most of his customers.

Thank you for your reply.

Please post well and often. If I may suggest, until you have a few videos published, one will result in removal of the red P by the way, submit videos from well established accounts and with a fair number of votes. Submissions from new user that are otherwise can contribute to suspicion of self posting or posting one's own videos which can result in banning.

Happy sifting.

Millions of Unknown Creatures Washing Ashore in Hawaii

BicycleRepairMan says...

unexpectedly survived?

Ok, I dont know much about marine biology, what I mean is that most crabs lay MILLIONS of eggs, most of these are eaten by fish and other creatures, in reality they neither expect to survive or expect to be eaten, they are just eggs, after all, and the same is true for the adult crabs, they simply lay the eggs and dont expect much at all, I assume. When I used the word "unexpectedly" in this context I mean that we, as observers, should expect most of them will be eaten.

I am suggesting that eggs that "should" have been eaten, wasn't.

Its all speculation on my part, of course, I was just trying to suggest a more-likely-than-mutation-explanation for their sudden appearence. Mutation doesnt have this kind of impact over a year or two, for mutations to change the creatures enough to change the way they reproduce, where they live, what they look like etc, you need mutations in hundreds of generations with selection. A mutation causing a sudden appearence of millions of indiviual organisms isnt likely at all.

Mutations doesnt work like in freaking Ninja Turtles, they dont just "create new species" like that. for a new species to be created you need mutations creating variations that are selected over many generations in isolation from the original species.

Mitt Romney fights with a reporter

cosmovitelli says...

>> ^VoodooV:

Hate to say it but Mitt won that exchange. If that guy they referred to really is a lobbyist running his campaign, Mitt now knows he he needs to cover it up and be more discrete about it. Even if it is just a game of semantics...Mitt won.

Dont know much about the washington network except from watching that last clooney film, but if there is such a thing as an amoral mercenray lobbyist for hire who gets 20 million dollars a year from a couple dozen corporations and business pressure groups to push for legal changes IRRESPECTIVE of whats right for the country in the long run, then this Kaufman guy seems to be the CLASSIC EXAMPLE. If thats true then the reporter was right.

I dont know much about NY law but I guess in most places, short of the cyclist having committed a violent crime, that was an assault, and could result in dismissal.

WHY is this man not president!!!!!???

because so many people within our government are scared of his radical changes. The media hates his stances on many many many subjects so they do a media black out, eliminating all but the occasional reference to him. The american people, by and large dont know much about him. I cant tell you how many times I have spoken about who i'd vote for to other adults and they havent even HEARD of Ron Paul. It hurts and infuriates me to no end!

Ron Paul "The High Tide" Promo (60 second spot)

Aniatario says...

He has some other videos that delve into the issue much more intensely. Now i admit I dont know much about economics, hell I'm a theatre studies major. It just seems to me that gold is just like any other resource, I mean, its a limited resource, who's value adheres to supply and demand isnt it? Wouldn't each country value it differently? And why gold? Why not silver? Or any other number of resources. From what I've heard re-instating gold would prove detrimental to trade with other countries.

Ofcourse I could be wrong and if I am please provide your input. Speak and I will gladly listen

Whoa whoa whoa, i mean i dont know much about anatomy but what? They place some of his hip bone in his lower back to develop tissue and nerves? Our bodies work that way? Thats fucked up, i didnt know you could do that.

In my days back in 80s, the doctor used a part of my right hip bone and added to my jaw. It didn't work well for me. I did hear today, they have these springs that would extend the jaws. I am not ready for another surgery (not urgent, but I can open my mouth wider and eat more now) since I had two major ones back in 1998 (see http://alpha.zimage.com/~ant/antfarm/about/surgery/surgery.html for details) and things didn't work well (lost nerves to feel and move in my right side of my face like closing my right eye lid, feeling, make faces).
