Tricky: Makes Me Wanna Die
Lol, my first understanding of the title of this post made me think that this would be a video about how the Run DMC song "Tricky" wants to make the author die.
Awesome band and video though.
Birdy Nam Nam at DMC in 2002
Not nearly the best stuff that's been heard at DMC. They could do so much more with 3 DJ 's and 4 turntables...

As you may know Ive created a playlist of many of the dead videos on the sift. As its been there for awhile, and there have been quite a few views of it, very few vids have been fixed or discarded. I thought a list just of yours might be of some help. The list below are all your videos on my playlist. There may be a few errors, but I gave it my best shot.

Ey! Thanks a lot for the save on C2C at DMC 2005! Was a bit sad when it didn't go through, whee.
Big Fun in the Big Town (historical Hip Hop documentary)
Clips of a 1986 Dutch documentary on early Hip Hop, with:Part Two: Doug E Fresh,
Part Three: Roxanne Shante & Biz,
Part Four: DMC,
Part Five: LL Cool J,
Part Six: Say What You Want To Say &
Part Seven: Schooly D.
Unfortunately, the clips have all been pulled from YouTube - but the entire documentary's on Google Video (Dutch narrative/subtitles for interviews etc).
Also available in it's entirety here in Real format.

DJ Kentaro - Shuriken Cut (awesome animated turntabalism)
DJ Kentaro is a Hip hop DJ from Japan. He came 3rd in the Technics DMC World DJ Final in 2001 and won it in 2002 at the age of 20. In doing so, he became the first ever Asian to win the DMC World DJ Final, receiving the highest score in DMC history in the process.

Birdy Nam Nam - Awesome Turntablism
These guys were DMC Team Champions in 2002. Pretty impressive, creating actual music using turntables rather than the more abstract noise and rhythm you find in most turntablism. Its incredibly difficult to bend pitches musically using turntables like they're doing. I don't know if it can really be compared to any traditional instruments since the speed of your movements translates into the pitch of the tones. Maybe one of those percussive instruments where you drag a stick against a notched piece of wood but you won't hear this kind of music on one of those any time soon. Dear god I hope this isn't a dupe, I've been posting a lot of those lately.
