Today’s Republican major vote fraud case….

“A Michigan poll worker for the Republicans has been arrested recently for tampering with the voting system following the August, 2022 Republican primary up there in the state of Michigan. The man's named James Hoor, and what happened was that he used a personal USB drive, inserted it into an electronic poll book after polls closed the night of the August 2nd primary in Gaines Township precinct. Eight poll workers used the book to administer the election, which contains voter registration data, including confidential personal identifying information about all voters in the precinct, and Mr. Hoor put his personal USB drive into that machine to, I guess, copy data before any of that information could be sent to the state or change it. So he is taking the raw data. This has not been approved by anyone. Nobody told him he was allowed to do this. He took the data from that machine before anybody could verify what was on it. Now, these machines, by the way, are not connected to the internet, so he could not access it remotely. He had to do it with the flash drive. It's also unclear whether or not he was taking data or putting data in the machine. So we don't know that. And this was again, the raw data. This had not been certified. Nobody else knew what all was in this system. And this Republican came along and compromised all of it. This completely invalidates all votes on that electronic poll book.”

More fraud, 100% Republican frauds. Every single one. Most by officials, campaigns, or the RNC themselves. Videos of training poll watchers to break laws, bring electronic devices, go where you aren’t allowed to go, intimidate workers, etc. any Republican win in November is tainted and invalidated, none should be sworn in but instead held in legal limbo until 24, because they intentionally invalidated the elections. There’s no Republican that can win without cheating, so there’s not one valid Republican representative in government.

Also a PS- Bohbert has yet to file any claims against the group that said they have evidence that she had two abortions, was an unregistered escort (hooker), and a DUI accident with injuries she covered up like she claimed she would be doing in June when th stories broke. That amounts to an admission they are true, and she’s now being sued by the reporters for claiming the reports were lies.

This as Mengele Oz campaigned with Hitler’s car right after his mass puppy killing scandal came to light.

BELPHEGOR - "The Devils"

From YT-I assume Laird and this band both got the name from the bible, Belphegor is one of the seven princes of hell, FYI. Fun fact: The palindromic prime number 1000000000000066600000000000001 is known as Belphegor's prime, due to the significance of containing the number 666, on both sides enclosed by thirteen zeroes and a one.

Like the Bible….and now dictionaries in Florida….

…just like math books (no bob, they didn’t contain CRT, what they showed you when making that claim was a separate worksheet from another state that had been discontinued years earlier), science books (because they mention biology and gender), history (95% of history needs redacting to your ilk because you’re ashamed of your history).

The right has abandoned knowledge because it makes you snowflakes uncomfortable to have reality taught to your children. It’s going to make red states have a race to the bottom. Texas and Florida are already importing foreign teachers as fast as they can because American teachers won’t abuse their students by teaching them under these insane right wing snowflake rules. Soon those parents will pull their kids from school completely because they ain’t havin’ little Johnny lurnt no librul facts by no imgrant.

Damn lurnin is just fer leftists…..like facts, figures, history, and reality.
Seems Jesus is just for leftists too, no surprise, Jesus was a MAJOR leftist by today’s standards. You would insist he be cancelled immediately.

Banning leftest gender bending bullshit book is a good idea

newtboy says...

Now the far right’s war against education expands, with book banning, CRT banning (even though they don’t know what that is), banning any references to gender, blaming teachers for their children being able to think for themselves, for “indoctrination” (into what?), turning them trans, etc…. Just pure insanity one has to go through point by point proving every statement 100% wrong before you assholes admit you’re just exaggerating for effect….then you start all over the next time as if you didn’t just admit you’re liars.

Today, in Tennessee, The Diary of Anne Frank is banned…for containing CRT. Hilariously, so is the Bible (which should already be banned as indoctrination into cults is not supposed to be allowed in public schools). Even the golden rule, “treat others as you would have them treat you” is CRT….imagine, saying you should treat “inner city thugs”, immigrants, and poor people like you think they should treat upstanding white folk….disgusting CRT! 🤦‍♂️

The red states like Florida and Texas that started this war on education already have massive teacher shortages and the teachers left are packing to leave.
It’s going to be funny when red states have to beg states like California for some competent educated workers because they have no education system left. They won’t get them. Educated people don’t want to live where they do this.

Considering the news, I’m surprised he’s not catatonic.

Trump facing tax fraud, bank fraud, theft of classified documents, keeping classified documents, keeping classified documents unsecured (a separate charge), election interference, election fraud(s), causing a riot, attempting a coup, deriliction of duty, obstruction….
edit: and a judge just determined there is a valid, legitimate, substantive justification for the house committee investigating Trump’s tax fraud to get his un redacted taxes…it’s been ruled to not be just a fishing expedition. Bad week!

Meanwhile Biden has erased the Trump employment losses completely, inflation In July was 0%, gas prices dropping precipitously, massive legislation wins….

Reality is kicking the cons in the balls, and it’s wearing soccer cleats. At this rate, Trump’s kindergarten sex slave dungeon should be discovered mid October, with the sign in sheet containing the signatures of nearly half the senate.

The calls are coming from inside the house.

Now reported, the FBI was tipped off by someone EXTREMELY close to Donny, like family member close, that he had only turned over 1/2 the classified documents he had stolen from the whitehouse, that he was keeping them unsecured in a basement, and might be about to destroy them like he did so many other documents. D’oh!

His appointees, not the left and not Biden, acting on information coming directly from his own household (or family) FOUND a dozen MORE boxes containing classified documents kept totally unsecured in a basement. No wonder you’re so triggered. 5 - 15 years per document. Let me say that again….5-15 years per document. Stealing and exposing classified top secret documents is not a nothing burger, they are two separate felonies….for each page he took and exposed.

Edit: new reporting indicated there WAS a subpoena for these stolen top secret documents served in June, and the FBI took more documents then (on top of the 15 boxes handed over in Feb/March)…then were tipped off by a household member that there were boxes and boxes more still being held. So much for those talking points, I guess we know why Trump won’t release the warrant, it would destroy his story. 😂

Lol. I’M narrow minded?!? ROTFLMFAHS!!!

Who told you that?! They lied.

Wiki-Five House Committees (Armed Services, Foreign Affairs, Intelligence, Judiciary, and Oversight and Government Reform) initiated their own inquiries soon after the attack. The Republicans on these five House Committees delivered an interim report to the Members of the House Republican Conference on April 23, 2013. The interim report, which contains the conclusions of the Republican majority staff, signed only by the five Republican chairmen of those committees and stated "This staff report has not been officially adopted by the Committee on Armed Services, the Committee on Foreign Affairs, the Committee on the Judiciary, the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, or the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and therefore may not necessarily reflect the views of their Members," was critical of the Obama Administration's actions before, during, and after the attack. Among dozens of findings, the report states that:

"Senior State Department officials knew that the threat environment in Benghazi was high and that the Benghazi compound was vulnerable and unable to withstand an attack, yet the department continued to systematically withdraw security personnel"
The "[Obama] Administration willfully perpetuated a deliberately misleading and incomplete narrative that the attacks evolved from a political demonstration caused by a YouTube video."
"... after a White House Deputies Meeting on Saturday, September 15, 2012, the Administration altered the talking points to remove references to the likely participation of Islamic extremists in the attacks. The Administration also removed references to the threat of extremists linked to al-Qa'ida in Benghazi and eastern Libya ..."
"The Administration deflected responsibility by blaming the IC [intelligence community] for the information it communicated to the public in both the talking points and the subsequent narrative it perpetuated."
Democrats on the five committees criticized the report, which they said had been written without Democratic input, as a "partisan Republican" work that was "unnecessarily politicizing our national security".

Also “ Democrats on the committee certainly say this was political and politically constructed. They say there were many witnesses whose testimony wasn't released because it supported the administration and particularly supported Hillary Clinton.”

There were 8 Benghazi investigations, 7 of which were only done as political attacks on Clinton to hurt her presidential run, admitted by McCarthy and others on tape. That’s why, even though their Republican led investigations found no wrongdoing he called it a win against Clinton because the accusations hurt her politically.

You get what you call one point of view because one side, the anti democracy pro-sedition side, refuses to testify, ignores subpoenas, and hides and destroys evidence….the same “side” that boycotted the investigations and refused to authorize a non partisan outside investigation, then whined they weren’t being allowed to participate…the treason side….your side.
They have absolutely been able to present another side…under oath. Trump has an open invitation, as do all his co-conspirators that ignored subpoenas. They refuse, or are incapable.
There have been plenty of Trump officials who did give their point of view, and every one has said Trump was clearly attempting a coup, knew he lost the election early, knew his plots were absolutely illegal, and many quit on Jan 6 when it became obvious he was willing to violently attack America and his own VP intentionally to retain power by any means.
You know this, you just hope someone else is as dumb as you act and can be fooled into believing your nonsense that this is a partisan politically motivated hatchet job, not an investigation into the worst attack against America on the mainland since the Southern Insurrection (otherwise known as the civil war).

You so narrow minded. It is truly sad.

Those other investigations had the other side to counter.

There is not 1 counter point of view - It is not allowed on this Bull Shit Jan 6 smear job.

The Jan 6 just a want to paint a false one sided narrative.

New York Nuclear PSA what to do in case of an attack

SFOGuy says...

I immediately wondered that; a low yield dirty bomb, at say, the UN on the Upper East Side would be a different EMP profile, I presume, from a higher yielded ship born bomb inside, say, a container which had cleared customs in Pakistan, and that would be different from a high altitude air burst, right? So, and the physics seems calculable if annoyingly in my past--you should be able to calculate a range of EMP from various yields?

The "Quora" answers are: a ground-based (ship based?) lower yield weapon has EMP effects of note to the 3 mile range.

An airburst would be a different issue. "Starfish Prime”. In this high altitude nuclear test, carried out in 1962, a 1.44 Mt warhead was detonated at a height of 400 km. Electrical damage, including burning out hundreds of street lamps was caused in Hawaii - about 1500 km from the point of detonation.

By contrast there was no direct blast damage at all at that range.

The maximal electric fields induced in the Starfish Prime EMP in Hawaii were estimated at 6 kV/m. At high latitudes the value could easily be ten times higher.

For electrical equipment to be damaged by an EMP from a nuclear detonation, the detonation point must be above the visual horizon.

A large yield weapon detonated 400 km above Kansas would have an EMP that extended across the entire continental US, but the ground intensity pattern of that EMP would be peaked towards the South of ground zero, it would not be symmetrical."

Sad that the article and @StukaFox both forgot the emp, that kills all electronics, making your car your tomb if it was made after 1980.
A car is only a decent shelter if it’s at the bottom of an underground parking structure that doesn’t collapse in the blast.
Cars are not escape vehicles in this scenario. There won’t be many erratic drivers, like the article claimed, because any car with a computer chip will be dead.

New York Nuclear PSA what to do in case of an attack

StukaFox says...

A car would be a perfect place to shelter:

1. The windscreen blocks UV light.
2. A car isn't going to collapse on you.
3. The car has actual shock absorbers to absorb the ground shock.
4. The car isn't innately flammable and even has a thermal barrier in the paint, metal and insulation.
5. The car has a radio.
6. The car is mobile and can (to whatever degree roads are passable) get you out of danger.
7. The car has a trunk to hold containers of water safely (double-safely if they're inside an ice chest inside the trunk)
8. You can sleep in a car.
9. In any circumstance in which a car was destroyed by the blast/heat, you were fucked anyway.

Roe V Wade Deccision

More *lies

That’s absolutely not a thing, it’s a right wing lie. <1% of abortions even happen in the third trimester, and then it’s for medical necessity, not a choice.
If there was any semblance of honesty in what she said, conservative legislatures would have only banned “elective late term” abortions or better, “elective third trimester” abortions but that’s not what they did because that wouldn’t actually stop any, they aren’t a thing.

This is how cons are justifying to themselves forcing 13 year old little girls raped by their fathers to become mothers to their own brothers? Because someone told them partial birth abortions are a real, common thing liberals have constantly for fun because they’re evil, so out of spite and disgust they outlaw all abortions and contraception too, no exceptions?

Only the fully flagitious, feculent, feckless few could try to sell that slanderous insanity, and only lowest of the lowly brain dead slugs would believe it.

Flagitious- (of a person or their actions) criminal; villainous.
Feculent-of or containing dirt, sediment, or waste matter
Feckless-lacking initiative or strength of character; irresponsible

Hayes: NRA "Good Guy With A Gun" Theory Failed In Real Time

can only speculate, why a mental health assessment is a threat to some Texans.

someone gave me a clue w/this question...

"How many Texans does it take to screw in a lightbulb?"

Answer: more guns.

yeah - I know - not ALL Texans. but still...too many.

mark the date & check back in a year. w/the new gun laws Abbott signed (7 IIRR), gun violence (i.e. aggravated assaults)* will be up, I wager, by 20% (bottom end).

Let's talk about altering the Supreme Court....

newtboy says...

The Fourth Amendment explicitly affirms the “right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures.” The Fifth Amendment in its Self-Incrimination Clause enables the citizen to create a zone of privacy which government may not force him to surrender. The 14th amendment “due process clause” has been interpreted to also affirm a right to privacy.

https://www.aclu.org/other/students-your-right-privacy

Sure sounds like rights to privacy are right there in the bill of rights though, an addendum to the constitution, as explained in numerous Supreme Court rulings.

<SIGH>. I thought you said “Pedantry is tiresome. Tell your friends.” Maybe take your own advice?

Some light reading…. In January 1973, the Supreme Court issued a 7–2 decision in McCorvey's favor ruling that the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution provides a "right to privacy" that protects a pregnant woman's right to choose whether to have an abortion. It also ruled that this right is not absolute and must be balanced against governments' interests in protecting women's health and prenatal life.[4][5] The Court resolved this balancing test by tying state regulation of abortion to the three trimesters of pregnancy: during the first trimester, governments could not prohibit abortions at all; during the second trimester, governments could require reasonable health regulations; during the third trimester, abortions could be prohibited entirely so long as the laws contained exceptions for cases when they were necessary to save the life or health of the mother.[5] The Court classified the right to choose to have an abortion as "fundamental", which required courts to evaluate challenged abortion laws under the "strict scrutiny" standard, the highest level of judicial review in the United States.

dogboy49 said:

To me, the current crop of justices seem to be less willing to deviate from the Constitution as written. Should abortion be allowed? IMO, yes. BUT, are laws banning abortion unconstitutional? According to the Constitution as written and amended, probably not. Roe v Wade was written by a court that believed that abortion and the "right to privacy" should carry the weight of constitutional law, even though the Constitution is silent on these "rights".

My suggestion: If abortion should be considered to be a "right", then so amend the Constitution. Otherwise, it will be subject to the vagaries of "interpretation" forever.

Wikipedia's Bias

newtboy says...

Stossel couldn’t back up that claim, that left and right are equally honest, because far right sites/outlets are intentionally +-95% untruthful while far left sites are 5-10% untruthful (and often print corrections).

Remember, I think it was Newt Gingrich who said “facts are for liberals”. The right wing abandoned facts and truth completely by 2008 at the latest.

A site that is designed to contain honest facts should, and seemingly does have no political affiliation, and should not strive to be politically balanced. It should strive to be correct. I think they do this. That leaves the lying right wing media out, but not based on politics.

visionep said:

To me, it appears the main point of Stossel's concern is that the point of view isn't balanced politically. That's fine and all, but using the accepted list of credible sources as the evidence is false equivalency.

The question of whether the sources are factual or not in their reporting is 100% different than whether the sources slant their reporting to a specific narrative.

If he wanted to make the case that all of the left/far left sites are as untruthful as the right/far right sites then he should have introduced some additional analysis of the truthfulness of the articles on the sites. He didn't do that so his comparison is basically invalid.
