I found the film's constant litany of misfortune to be cynical, manipulative and cold. And on top of that we're expected to believe that someone who sings like Bjork was cast as Maria in a production of The Sound of Music.

Brokeback Mountain was brutally depressing.. I uh, won't be watching that one with my son anytime soon, lol.

i liked the imagery and the music is stellar.

Do you remember that time when you couldn't shoot wildly into the air without hitting some sort of WW2 game? Yeah.

Interesting trailers, I quite liked the Bjork soundtrack. Thing is, that whole Dubai in a sandstorm thing might be fun for one or two maps, but can you imagine playing a whole game of glass and steel draped in shades of sandy brown and yellow? Its like when you watch the Matrix trilogy consequetively and when you emerge all square eyed back into reality everything seems a little more orange.
