As a general aside, I personally think classifying any video which graphically depicts a human death as snuff is not a suitable rule of thumb. Though I admit that my personal standards for feeling offended are perhaps more relaxed than the average persons, I think 'snuff' is more urban legend than deviant pornography tearing our moral fabric apart at the seems.

So without considering the tact with which a video was made, what technically constitutes snuff or otherwise prohibited submissions due to violent content?
