Can I do that with my Time Capsule? It'll be the router that both my laptop and Apple TV get internet from. I said I have AirVPN on my laptop - what steps would I take to get it running on the router, so it covers the Apple TV as well? Fascinating to see some of the time capsule bits:
* The huge waste of water, using about a sink full just to clean the pot, then leaving the tap running on full while taking cups of water.
* The details, the steps, the lack of automation...


Also, fascinating to see this American focused coffee making instructional. Here in Australia it's FAR more prevalent to have a home espresso machine, which makes a damn good cup of coffee, and a whole lot quicker than these convoluted methods (of course stove top percolating is a lot cheaper, very simple process really).

This is wonderful stuff. To be sure it's dangerous, and idiots who don't think can indeed get themselves very hurt, but things like that first disused station are amazing places, really beautiful and I love them because they are little time capsules.

Just a word on how he handles getting into places like when he removes the drain cover... just wear a yellow/orange vest and look like you're supposed to be there and you'll have no problem. Wearing 'civilian' clothes and looking around suspiciously is the things that makes people think you're up to no good. It's hiding in plain view, and can work a lot better than trying to not be seen.

But exploration of abandoned places is something I'd love to do, never have... so do so vicariously though a number of sites, http://www.opacity.us and http://www.abandoned-places.com being my two favourite for their superb photography.

... this is clearly a medley of Vonnegut's writings (e.g. Cat's Cradle, Welcome to the Monkey House) and is enjoyable as a time capsule of the early 70's as well. Knowing that the written word is stronger for sure, it is still worth the opportunity to watch (especially if you are sick at home ).

Bad tag policing may work, but I think one could also make it obligatory to fill three? separate tag spaces with at least 1 tag of max. x characters when submitting a video. Those 3 are published as one string of tags.

What about a separate site statistics page, where we can see e.g. top (15/overall) members (of the week), new non-starred members, tag cloud, recently discarded posts, recently promoted posts, amount of views/hits per dag/week/month, an interactive real-time graph of VS-posts featuring their quantity of votes over time et cetera.

Transform SiftTalk into the proposed Community page, where there's this forum, who's online, latest blog entries, recent channel talk and on top of the page an introduction? text/links..
