I don't mind Rex's appearance, and I can say I usually agree -- and intrigued when I don't -- with his views, but what irk me most about watching his shows lately (that is, about the past 4~5 years) is his creeping smug delivery. It isn't showing in this particular segment though. But man... when he does it, I always goes "Is this at all necessary?"

Rex Murphy is a long-time, respected Canadian journalist. Unfortunately the joke goes "Rex Murphy, a mug too ugly for even radio" (he used to do the Sunday afternoon call-in show for CBC).

2 hrs/frame to render the t-rex is not that bad at all.

He was MIS-identified by the videographer/poster as an anonymous Rex Energy employee.
He was properly identified by his ex employer, MMC.
No one threatened (or apparently even informed) the 'unsuspecting company', according to the info given, you're making that up, they seem to have found it themselves, or maybe been informed by another disgusted employee that recognized him.
No one blackmailed anyone.
You're seemingly just simply making stuff up again to give yourself a reason to be angry. WHY?
