I was wondering what the hell a furbat was so googled it but didn't find much there so I then checked the youtube page and this is apparently a Sugar Glider and his name is Furbat.

Cute, but it's too bad they stink like hell. Southern Flying Squirrels are a much better alternative to Sugar Gliders. Not only are they cleaner and less odorous by virtue of being rodents as opposed to marsupials, but you usually have to get them from reputable breeders as opposed to from any old exploitative pet store which is a plus to me, at least. Lots of pet stores will also keep Gliders well past their "expiration date" if you will; after a certain age they just won't bond to a new owner and will make terrible anti-social pets.
