Hunting can't scale to support a larger population than a hunter-gatherer tribe. So the cost of meat would skyrocket because demand stays high, and supply can't increase.

Meat costing $75 per pound instead of $5 per pound would be a huge reduction in quality of life for everybody.

That's why humans left hunter-gatherer lifestyles in the first place.

Yeah, it sounds like it was hard enough getting everybody to do the much anticipated movie (slated for a 2012 release). Doesn't look like there's any hope of it returning as a series. Honestly, I'm okay with that. Don't get me wrong, I think the quality of both Family Guy and Futurama have stayed high despite their production gaps; but I just don't think a live action cast could come back without missing a beat the way an animated cast can. Of course, don't let that stop you from buying the DVD's. Seriously, everyone go buy the box set right now.

The difference between promote and quality is basically that quality is better, but you can only do it once. It will "bump" the video's hotness enough that it will be on the front page, right under the promotes. The difference is that the hotness will stay high as long as people are voting on it, unlike promoted videos, which will "hide" again when the promote expires.

I know it takes incredible talent to do what she does. But I gotta say, I'm not enjoying her voice as much as I'd like. That's why I usually listen to Mezzo Sopranos instead.

I like a little bit of depth in volume. Usually when sopranos sing high notes their volume stays high but they lose that resonance I look for. Hitting high notes like that is incredibly hard, but doesn't automatically make it a pleasant sound, at least according to my personal taste.
