yah people who say that dont know what scince is. scince is not a belife in something. science is a methodology that allows us to discover what is the most likely resin for the way things behave in reality. if it turned out that thinking posative actualy helped in fire working then by applying a scientific methodology to it u could work out why positive thinking helps. in this instance positive thinking dose not make anny difference whats so ever in terms of if your feet burn or not because its down to conductivity.

yeah i agree with Farhad2000, it is possible to overdose on marijuana. i remember reading some study where researchers fed ridiculous amonuts marijuana to rhesus monkies and they became psychotic and then died from some sort of toxic posioning.

in my experience, however, you'd have to eat so much marijuana to overdose on it that you'd vomit it back up. i agree with cybrbeast in this respect, "It might be possible but you'd probably have to IV massive quantities of pure THC." true dat. true dat.

thinking back to my misspent youth, if that guy is able to make a phone call and follow a conversation he's not nearly approaching stoned enough. when someone got really stoned we'd call it the 'greenies'. they'd usually go a bit green in their face, feel disorientated and maybe dry retch for a bit. the solution was always to give them loads of water and vitamin C and also talk them down from it. most of the time people went green when we took 'coffee shots' which were cups of very strong coffee & sugar mixed with huge amounts of cannabis resin and knocked back in one go. at the time we had some pseudo-scientific explanation for it regarding increased blood absorption or something. but that stuff used to really knock you out. you'd be tripping harder than on magic mushrooms (which we were kind of into at the time). i saw guys freak out cuz they thought their face was falling off. and one time a girl i knew just lay in the middle of the room in a foetal position for the whole day just sucking her thumb and making baby noises..

I saw this over the summer; the whole series is pretty intersting, but EO Wilson's interview is remarkable for both his eloquence and the positive attitude the resinates throughout.
