Me too - in the spring and in the summer. It's beautiful year-round. For those of you who don't know, Jackson Hole, the Grand Tetons, and Yellowstone National Park are all near each other. The whole area is definitely worth visiting at least once in your lifetime, if not more often.>> ^Lann:

Regardless of all you out there jaded by the conglomerate that is Disney, this is a normal kid response.
Kids build up certain expectations for things and when they have their minds set on one thing, it's hard for many to switch gears. It's pure "Bait and Switch!"

Disney provides the worlds biggest playground for children, young and old.
It costs a fortune that most families can only afford once in a lifetime and some not ever.

These kids had no idea how to deal with the "Change of Plans. "
It's kind of a cheap trick to pull this stunt on the kids. Sure we've all seen it before with the "appropriate responses" but they most likely had some sort of build up. This trick planed more for the parents so they could receive the excitement that glowed off the kids.

Kids like to picture upcoming events in their minds before they happen.
Next time, don't keep it a secret, build it up slowly, and pop a surprise only when the kids are drooling for it.

My kids didn't even know what to expect from Disneyland. Sure they had heard of it but we had to go to the internet, show them pictures and describe to them what it was all about.

Good idea. I also think it would be nice if qualities could be used on the same video once per year, instead of once in a lifetime.

Maybe the one with the camera should have should have given it to some one with a clue so we could be watching better footage of this once in a lifetime event.

I remember the feeling I got when I went to my very first foreign country, (Portugal, Azores Islands actually), the strangeness, the confirmed realization that there was more than what I knew, (we are very sheltered here in America). I thought that initial amazing rush was once in a lifetime until it recently hit again with a trip to Shanghai - talk about a different planet on the SAME planet no less! Blew me away. This film gives me a reminder of that emotion, it's such an unreal world that's undeniably there and real. Thanks for the sift truly.
