Max Payne 3 Trailer

EvilDeathBee says...

From all the stuff I've seen so far, it look like it doesn't have that Max Payne feel, the nighttime, bleak, noir setting. How the events take place over only a day or two and Max gets more and more beaten to shit over time.
Looks like it's going to be a good game, but I don't think it'll be a genuine Max Payne game. Sao Paulo? No

Trying To Find an Older Video (Art Talk Post)

Hmm sounds close

It was a noir style film. Had a voice over almost like a Rod Serling short. It was about a guy that was walking home when a beam/brick/something fell from a building striking the sidewalk. A large piece of the sidewalk flew up and scratched his face. He then moved to a new city and started a new life.
I believe the film was done in a missing person report style.

hmmm I have no idea where I will find it. but I'm sure I first saw it here.

who knows.

"Azealia Banks was born in 1991. Her mother raised Banks and her two older sisters in Harlem after their father died when she was two years old. At a young age she became interested in musical theater, acting, and singing. At age 10, she began performing in off-Broadway musicals with the Tada! Youth Theater in Lower Manhattan. She won lead roles in three productions (Rabbit Sense, Sleepover, and Heroes) in addition to performing as a soloist. Banks was classically trained in the performing arts at the renowned LaGuardia High School of Performing Arts in Manhattan, the same school Nicki Minaj attended. At age 16 she starred in a production of the comedy-noir musical City of Angels. Banks never finished high school, however, instead choosing to follow her dream of becoming a recording artist."
I would say so, yeah.

Her parents must be so proud.

Good for her. I think it's sad that in order to be really successful...she does this. Oh well.

Max Payne 3 - First Trailer - Rockstar Games

Lilithia says...

Yay, finally a trailer for Max Payne 3. Oh, my mistake, it's only Grand Theft Payne, I was expecting a dark comic noir style sequel to two of my favorite games. What have they done? Where are the comic noir cutscenes? The only things reminiscent of Max Payne are the music and the voiceover.

Manau - La Tribu de Dana

Kanahtare says...

And for the frenchies:
Manau - La Tribu De Dana lyrics

RAGE - The Well Official Gameplay Trailer

I've always liked Id's games, and Rage's look is pretty cool, and the characters look pretty good, but the world textures? geez... some of those look Half-Life 1 quality. I hope this was not the game running in a powerful PC with all details to full.

And after playing LA Noire, all lip sync looks terrible to me.

The leaked press demo of Deus Ex: Human Revolution, however, handily answers the question of what the best game of the year is/will be.

There's a shitload of potentially awesome games in the works: Skyrim, BF3, GW2, Diablo 3, the new X game... bound to be more. The games industry owes us for the last 18 months or so.

Just finished the game tonight. A lot of people I know have been hating on that game in a big way, but I love how they've built upon the GTA engine to create some really unique games - from Read Dead Redemption to this one. I'm looking forward to what's next.

Is LA Noire perfect? No. There are many bugs that plague all the games using the GTA engine. But the face acting is a huge advance in video game technology. I hope it's used more and it excites me to think what they'll be doing for the next gen game consoles.

Rockstar still makes my favorite games. GTA IV, RDR and now LA Noire are probably the best game I've played in recent years.
