I found out recently that even if you do have a donor card, are on the donor list etc. if your next of kin has a change of heart and doesn't sign the papers, it means fuck all. Which I think is stoopid!

We're starting that continual family living thing it seems. I've known tons of guys who took till 25 or 28 to leave home and find their own way. It was basically forced on us because of various employment issues and economy busts though. Not loyalty to our kin as far as I can see.

I was actually dating an Indian girl before she found her own Indian guy and up and married him. She lives with him and his parents and sister and her husband and kids. She helps take care of the kids constantly and goes to work and they all spend time together. She was just asking me about what type of car to buy that would carry all of them comfortably.

Not sayin' I'm scared of the Chinese, their culture is richer and far more interesting than many.
