Let's see the other video comparing the Republican's position in 98 to their position today....oops, I guess you forgot they were insistent that it ALL be public when it was about Clinton, including destroying uncharged individuals like Lewinsky, grand jury testimony, finances, taxes, etc. Back then it was unconscionable that any snippet of information Starr found be kept private, the public had a right to know everything they can about the president, today they argued the Barr report was the end all, no need to open the redacted Mueller report at all, forget letting anyone see it all even in closed session and absolutely not the public, ever....and the unredacted report should probably be destroyed before it leaks.

There is no statute of limitations in the offense of the First degree (premeditated) murder by Federal agents of Randy Weaver's wife and son in 1992. Justice has not been served yet.

Today, you are considered an "extremist" by the ADL and SPLC if you think the actions taken here by the Federal Government were out of hand. For the first time in US history, the FBI was given permission from cabinet members of the George HW Bush administration to change their Rules of Engagement to, "can and should shoot to kill" effectively rendering the US Constitution useless. A young boy was shot in the back and killed by US Marshals, and FBI sniper Lon Horiuchi later shot and killed Vicky Weaver while she was unarmed and holding her 10 month old baby in her arms. This incident serves as an educational tool to all Americans on just how useless our coveted Constitution is to the Federal Government when you cross them. I do not endorse violence towards the Federal Government. This is simply the closest I could come to the real truth without media/Government disinformation.

I have a friend who was a Deputy United States Marshall at that time. He wasn't involved with Ruby Ridge, but he knew 2 agents who were. He told me:

"I knew two of the guys in the woods that weaver's son engaged. It was a mess from the start. If the dog would not have smelled the surveillance team nothing would have happened that day. It all ended badly. Stupid ATF case was bad from the start. Weaver would have been acquitted if he would have just gone back to court. Travesty of bad decisions all around."

The fact remains that it wasn't Randy Weaver's fault he didn't make it to the court appearance. It was all due to an intended snafu on the part of the Feds. They set him up to murder him and his family with extreme prejudice!

At the Nuremberg trials: Principle IV states: "The fact that a person acted pursuant to order of his Government or of a superior does not relieve him from responsibility under international law, provided a moral choice was in fact possible to him". This principle could be paraphrased as follows: "It is not an acceptable excuse to say 'I was just following my superior's orders".

In my opinion, the officers involved should be charged with first degree murder, and those who assisted the operation should be charged and tried as accessories to first degree murder. Until this happens, we will never again be "One nation under God." This travesty screams for justice!

I got indicted for protesting the War in Iraq. Highly credible independent sources have confirmed that in August, 2001 I described the strike on the World Trade Center as “imminent,” with the potential for “mass casualties, possibly using a miniature thermonuclear device.”

Thanks to the Patriot Act, Americans have zero knowledge of those truths, though the 9/11 Community has zoomed close for years. Republican leaders invoked the Patriot Act to take me down 30 days after I approached the offices of Senator John McCain and Trent Lott, requesting to testify about Iraq’s cooperation with the 9/11 investigation and a comprehensive peace framework that would have achieved every U.S. and British objective without firing a shot. Ironically, because of the Patriot Act, my conversations with Senator Trent Lott’s staff got captured on wire taps, proving my story.

You see, contrary to rhetoric on Capitol Hill, the Patriot Act is first and foremost a weapon to bludgeon whistleblowers and political dissidents. Indeed, it has been singularly crafted for that purpose.

Yet while I was under indictment, Maryland State Police invoked the Patriot Act to wire tap activists tied to the Chesapeake Climate Action Network, an environmental group dedicated to wind power, solar energy and recycling. The DC Anti-War Network was targeted as a “white supremacist group.” Amnesty International and anti-death penalty activists got targeted for alleged “civil rights violations.”

I cannot forget how I was subjected to secret charges, secret evidence and secret grand jury testimony that denied my right to face my accusers or their accusations in open court, throughout five years of indictment. You still think the election was 'stolen' from you. Gore demanded and got over three recounts - and he lost them all. Yet you still think you were robbed. I guess it all goes back to that. You think the only way Republicans can possibly win is by cheating and stealing. It couldn't possibly be that they're better at persuading the American people. It couldn't possibly be that people didn't want to elect Gore. It couldn't possibly be any of those things - could it? After all - no intelligent person would vote Republican - would they? They have to have been tricked - or disenfranchised - or discriminated against. That's the only possible way Gore could have lost.

Thanks to Gore's arrogant refusal to accept his rejection, he started the current trend of Democrats running to the cameras after they lose elections and demanding recounts because they can't accept defeat in the arena of ideas.

Gore got less votes. He lost. In order to overcome that simple truth, the left has to come up with conspiracies of voter fraud, intimidation, discrimination, butterfly ballots, hanging chads, and now malfunctioning voting machines. And the rumblings are already starting among the left, gathering teams of lawyers to 'contest' the upcoming mid-term elections in case they lose those, because they are no longer sure they'll win.
