i went to pay fines in pennies they wouldn't take them....I went and got quarters and when I came back they had found other warrants and threw me in the slammer for about ....15 mins. I was n the holding cell singing vespers and the Judge came in to see what the fusswas about...

They let me go and chuckled..

amonth later I'min the goodyear blimp to photograph the weddingof the pilot....Same judge went up in the gondola to perform the union...He did NOT remember me. Probably retarded.

Seriously though. I got these tires a couple of months ago and (although we've had a really late winter), they work really well, and I'm very impressed, and I didn't even get them studded; excellent ice performance (I ain't a shill I swear).

Although with that kind of ice they clearly need to get off the damn roads, no kinds of tires, studs, chains are probably going to help much on a road this slick.

I agree that they could have probably done more, but it would have been unsafe to try and block the road off themselves; they should have called 911 and let them handle it (presumably 911 was called many times anyway by all the people crashing/being hit).
