I liked the 2nd song more. Reminds me of acid trance circa 2000.
I think it's pretty cool what he's doing - and i would classify this as live music more than DJ'ing, since he's using samplers efx and drum machines on top of what is probably dj software on his laptop (e.g. Traktor).

He is also a producer so he does make his own, original music

Just my opinion, but it seems like the good parts are the parts that sample from Daft Punk, and Daft Punk already made (again, my opinion) a much better remix for their live album. This makes me want to go listen to that.

Um, as djsunkid described this, it's a deconstruction of that song, so it only makes sense that this is essentially ALL daft punk, not just samples of it - or are you referring to the obvious audio parts? Hmm.

BTW, yes, he has big crowds, but to the 'mainstream' he's still obscure.

this is pretty lol-tastic considering he barely counts as a DJ and has recently been crucified for his comments in an interview saying "all DJs are cunts".

i can understand his sentiments but it's indicative of someone who plainly doesn't get it.
