Dayumm 'Merika, you scary!

The underboob one is good for conceal (if you're well endowed) but terribly impractical for quickdraw, especially if in a close encounter; it's three arm movements for the drawing arm, and one for the other (and thus assumes you have both hands free), giving ample time for counteraction and making it very likely you'll be the one getting shot, not your aggressor. Worse, while an accidental discharge from a side-carried will probably injure your leg, with this you're risking a mortal wound to the chest or abdomen.

Frankly, I don't know how one can live peacefully with the thought that any of the (often unsavoury) people one crosses might be packing a death-dealing machine. *shivers*

I am reminded of Close Encounters of the Third Kind.

ok, if the player character doesn't turn out to be an android that "close encounter" @ 5:34 is bullshit. You just showed us a few minutes before that aliens are strong enough to rip through reinforced steel, and this guy goes toe-to-toe with one?
