Ah, I understand the confusion.

When we launched VS v5.0 we changed the charter structure (to what you now see on the support page, $69 for 365 days).

When you signed up we were on our original structure of $50 for 170 days (or similar; I don't recall the exact length).

If you'd like, you can cancel the latest $50 charge and start a new $69/1 year chartership. Or if you'd like to discuss it further, please reach out to @dag who handles all the PayPal stuff.

So 5 months and 2 weeks ago you sent me this message when I paid $50 for some period of charter membership. Now in December I've been charged another $50 but the support videosift page says the price is 69 for 365 days? Please explain.
