arekin says...Sadly that just ignores their comments, their sifts still show up.
Have you tried clicking the ignore button next to one of his comments? I haven't used it myself, but it's supposed to make the user completely disappear from your point of view.
I actually enjoy a lot of his sifts (although not these ones, usually the music ones) and some of his comments, but I kinda see where you're coming from too. Doesn't he hold the record for the most times banned and then reprieved?
