I tried, i really tried
we have done WoW. got my druid up to level 48(?) and that was way back when WoW went live. We've gone back a few times, because friends were there, but honestly? We just don't get the luv. I'm sorry everyone, it's back to EQ2 for me. Soupskin says he's going with Call of Duty 4. I wanted to try Team Fortress but he didn't like it and no one else I know is playing it. But my bestest friend and her husband went back to EQ2 and I have a guild we used to run still there. I just never really felt the WoW luv.

I played WoW for a couple of years until my long time guild broke up. I suddenly realised the only reason I was playing was because of the friends I had there, the game itself no longer interested me.
I'm really looking forward to Warhammer though .
I have a confession, I'm really holding out for Star Trek Online. I know sounds lame but if it's even half as good as it sounds it's gonna be sweet.

I dont dare hope they will do a good job but the planed http://fireflymmo.com/ is too wonderfull to dream about...
except it cant fix the curse fo all MMOs which is the genral publick of jackassess that you have to paly with some times...
^ ditto that, Thylan!!
Was living in a house with several others when I got into Firefly, next thing you know, we all made charcters from the show on City of Heroes! I'm hoping against hope that the MMO will be great but frankly, dunno... it's been several years since they announced it was lisenced to be made into an MMO and I've heard nothing about it since.
Dont tell anybody, but I bought the lord of the rings mmo, I actually didnt know it was a mmo when I bought it and in fact had never played an mmo before. Otherwise I was hooked with the concept and the graphics and played it for a couple of months before realizing I was losing valuable hours of my life.
