man pepper sprayed in his own home as "burglar"

A news story about a man who was recently pepper sprayed in his own home by cops who assumed he was a burglar because he was a black foster child of a white family, then claimed he became "belligerent" (by asking why they were pointing guns him and arresting him in his own home). Just one more in the ever growing string of these kinds of stories.
