This is from a Japanese RPG (Ar Tonelico: Melody of Elemia - Thanks DavidRaine!) and oh dear, it's so damn funny! This is the most blatant innuendo I've heard in while LOL! Two of my favourite comments from gametrailers are :-
"The WRITERS are the dirty ones!! There's NO WAY that you cannot construe that entire situation as a sexual parallel. ZERO ALTERNATIVE INFERENCES. 'It's so big' 'It's better like this (missionary)' 'This is my first time, I might hurt you' 'Push it in all the way'. Those writers knew exactly what they were doing. I laugh, but I feel dirty and I'm angry 'cause that's not my fault!!"
and
"I wonder how many times the voice actors had to re-do these lines without laughing"
The Game is Rather 7+ "Push it...all the way in....uh"

davidrainesays...The game in question is Ar Tonelico: Melody of Elemia, and is regarded as one of the worst (best?) examples of "unintended" innuendo in recent history. Consider also that to enhance Aurica's power Lyner will have to dive into her subconscious several times to help her overcome various difficulties and mental blocks.
For the record, the game is about average, and is widely considered to be too easy. It has a few fresh ideas, but some of the novel elements aren't used very well (Reyvateil's Song only being truly useful in boss battles, for instance) and in general there are better games available. Thanks to Wikipedia for providing some of this analysis.
Trancecoachsays...The terrible part about this is that the game probably got a low maturity rating, like E for Everyone. And GTA is a bad influence?
Please!
jmzerosays...This reminds me of why I don't play these games... not the innuendo, but the length. Who can sit through this much horrible, wooden dialog?

Reminds of me the old Adam Sandler CD's (are these people f#$king or working out?). Without the video there could be much misinterpretation!
brycewi19says...The most disturbing thing I found was the baby-in-crib music playing in the background.
It's as if they recorded music right off a baby's musical mobile!
That music juxtaposed against that dialog was just terrible!
MaxWildersays...I thought it was sweet! <tear>
JAPRsays...I'm pretty sure this is another case of poor translation or editing, and my money is on the editing.
residuesays...only once every three months, huh
davidrainesays...So who's psyched about the sequel!? NA release on Jan. 20! I wonder if they'll ramp up the innuendo.
Pilgrimsays...is it wrong that this gives me \/\/00D?!
