I think the clear implication of this video is that a black man is far more terrifying than any ghost (note when he's a 'ghost', she's scared, but doesn't run, when he's just a black dude, she takes off).

On the bright side, the police in the United State are dedicated to ensuring that no black men can even walk the streets of a nice white woman's neighborhood.
