Venice Man Uses Dogs To Murder Neighbors Cat

A man (reportedly James (Jim) Whitney-allegedly known to "hunt neighborhood cats" with his dogs) in Venice uses his two dogs to attack his neighbors cat outside their home. He spots the cat from across the street, at 1:42 he then turns to cross the street right towards the cat and then allows his dogs to corner it and maul it while he tries to kick it. When it escapes the attack and runs across the street, he and the dogs follow and they kill it. After leaving it on the sidewalk while he takes his dogs home, he returns and unceremoniously tosses it into his neighbors yard like a piece of trash in front of it's owner.
