People are making a little titter tatter about this. I don't think it's such a big deal. Certainly nowhere near the ignorance displayed by Ted "Tubes" Stevens.

Biden should come out and say some crazy shit like "Well you see, for security purposes I only surf by direct IP addresses, and I remember all the sites by this number, so when you asked of course I was trying to recall the number... "

We're all capable of mistakes, but I do not care to enlighten you on the mistakes we may or may not have made.
