This is the episode that started it all: "The Trigger Effect". The BBC Documentary "Connections", created by James Burke, guides us through all the remarkable and unpredictable historic moments that lead to the New York Black out of 1965.

Here are the other parts from YouTube. Sorry, it's my first vid and I don't know how to create that film strip linking the different parts (Help anyone?)

You can't always do the film strip thing, but if you check the 'Playlist' menu on the YouTube page, there's often a list someone has made with the videos in it. For this one, ryanrobotics list here should suit. You just use the embed code that's on the Playlist page.

I remember that blackout, I was in 1st grade in 1965 and we thought it was just our neighborhood that was affected in upstate NY. Went into school the next day and found out it was the entire northeast.
