1:32 Mechanic guy from Dawn of the Dead?

This is a project called The Museo Subacuatico de Arte, off the coast of Cancun/Isla Mujeres. It's made from PH friendly concrete and designed to ease some pressure on the natural reefs in the area. There's a couple cool pictures of it here.
